2022 European Trial Championship – Round 2 – Breal-sous-Montfort – France 16/17 April

The ambitious five round 2022 European Championship kicked off in Spain last weekend, with the permanent facility in the north-west of the country playing host to two days of competition as the different classes competed on either Saturday or Sunday. There was some early season success for Jitsie riders as Naomi Monnier topped the Women’s category, Alfie Lampkin under the watchful eye of his father placed eighth in the Junior Cup and Pau Martinez rounded out the top five in the main class at his home round.

The 2022 campaign continues this weekend, with the riders having headed north for round two of the series that will be staged at the French trials park on the outskirts of Breal-sous-Montfort. Our Jitsie riders will be back in battle and will be looking to add more championship points to their tally before the European schedule then pauses until early August.

We will be present in France over the weekend to bring you as much action and news as we can from both Saturday and Sunday’s competitions. You can find Saturday’s coverage on this page and Sunday’s here.
